The Elsternwick Park Community Alliance (EPCA) are representatives from the Bayside Community and neighbouring suburbs who are passionate about protecting and preserving Elsternwick Park (South), being one of the last remaining open spaces in Bayside. EPCA was formed to bring together all users of Elsternwick Park to ensure their voices are heard in the decision-making processes that will impact the park for generations to come.
